Chicken, Rice, & Veggies

Take Chicken Breasts, Croutons, Cream of Chicken Soup, White Wine, and Swiss Cheese for the perfect easy dinner! Mix the Cream of Chicken Soup with 1/2 cup of White Wine and pour over Chicken Breasts in a 9x13 baking pan.
Place the Swiss Cheese slices over the chicken and sprinkle with Croutons. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the Chicken is done.

Now....onto the sauce for the grilled veggies. Take 1/2 cup Olive Oil, 3-4 cloves of Garlic (minced), 3 tblsp Balsamic Vinegar, and 1/2 tsp Sugar. In a bowl combine the garlic, vinegar, and sugar. Gradually add the olive oil while continuously whisking. Set aside until veggies are grilled.

I like Red Belll Peppers and Zuccini.

Slice them up and grill them!

When the veggies are done, drizzle the sauce over them. I made some minute rice to go along with the chicken and the veggies as well!

On hot summer nights.....just the veggies, sauce and rice hit the spot too!
